About Me.
Welcome! I’m Luke Levesque—your local housing expert, born and raised right here in Saskatoon.
I’ve operated a boutique home building company called Ellaney Homes with our first successful build in 2007. I often tease that selling homes is like a honeymoon while building a custom home is more like a year in a healthy marriage.

I pair that hands-on construction experience with a strong financial background—including a 4 year B.Comm degree (finance), a CFP designation (certified financial planner), and years as a Branch Manager at RBC.
This unique combination means I don’t just help you buy or sell—I help you maximize every dollar and make smart, confident moves.

Today, I live with my family on our off-the-grid bison ranch, Bluebell Bison, where we raise animals, grow food, and live close to nature. Life’s busy, full, and grounded in purpose—just the way I like it.

I began my professional development as a financial planner with Investors Group where I obtained both my life license and mutual fund license, then moved over to RBC as a Branch Manager. Soon after I thought it would be a good idea to leave behind the desks and devote myself exclusively to self employment as a home builder. I did this for 13 years, after which time I thought it would be a good idea to learn the art of Bison Ranching. All of this naturally led to a career as a realtor, where I would be able to best serve others with the gifts I've been given over the years. Real Estate and Bison/Homesteading, these are my passion and I intend to do for the long haul.
