Welcome to my corner of the real estate world. I'm Luke Levesque and I've been privileged to bring to the table a breadth of experience to add value for my clients. Here's a little about who I am and what I hope to achieve in the service of my clients and to their benefit. 

 

I've got an extensive background in both finance and residential new home construction. I'm big on family, faith and futball (soccer). I currently live in an off the grid eco home with my large family on our own little bison ranch (Bluebell Bison). We rear chickens (who are often on strike), keep honey bees, tend some lovely jersey cows, have swine (of the kune kune variety), bunnies, and the usual cats and a dog. Saskatoon has been my home for vast majority of my life and is one of the best places to live on earth in my humble opinion.

 

Worldview: In order to receive we must have the heart of a servant and not be afraid to put others first. I've always tried to live my life through the lens of two things. First, what would make for a good story on my deathbed. Second, to spend my days as though I had won the lottery. Clearly I have not but on reflection most of those things are within reach to all of us. As a realtor I'm serving both of these objectives.

 

My goals as a realtor are simple. To make both the buying and selling of a home as pleasant and painless as possible for my clients. Here comes the clichée (but it is true), most importantly what puts the wind in my sails is turning my client's home dreams into reality. I trust it'll do the same for you.

 

I intend to earn my keep for my clients through superior negotiations (for buying and selling) and market presentation (when selling). At the end of the day, it is my pleasure to keep as much money in my client's pockets as possible.
